Position Summary: The Director of Human Resources is a senior leadership role responsible for partnering with the senior management team to develop and execute HR strategy in support of the organization’s mission and legal services work. This broad, generalist position oversees all core human resources functions, including recruitment, benefits administration (medical, dental, 403(b), and related programs), employee relations, compliance, and required reporting.
