Free Legal Services for Central Jersey Residents
Central Jersey Legal Services has offices in Trenton, New Brunswick, Perth Amboy and Elizabeth. To qualify for our services, you must meet our income guidelines. There are exceptions for people age 60 and over, as well as certain other applicants. We determine if you qualify by looking at family size, income, assets, and living expenses. If you qualify for assistance, our attorneys and paralegals will answer your questions and provide legal advice and instruction, or they may offer full representation. The type of service you receive depends on the details of your case.
