Family Unification Day Celebration

As part of the annual nationwide American Bar Association Family Reunification effort, Legal Services of New Jersey will once again celebrate reunification success stories.

The majority of Division-involved families do not result in removals. These families are able to remain unified through Division supports and services and families′ perseverance.

Going forward, LSNJ will honor all types of Division-involved families, those who have successfully reunified with their children as well as those who have been able to remain together without removal. In that vein, LSNJ has renamed this event

Family Unification Day

The event will be held at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, NJ, on Thursday June 21, 2018, at 2 p.m.

LSNJ is proud to honor several successfully reunified families from Camden, Burlington, Hudson, Gloucester, Essex, Middlesex, and Passaic counties as well as honoring resource parents, social workers, DCPP caseworkers, CASA workers and attorneys as Unification Day heroes.
