Making a Gift of Securities

If you have the certificate(s) for the shares you wish to contribute, please do the following (for each certificate):

Send the unendorsed certificate, by certified and registered mail, to:

100 Metroplex Drive, Suite 402
Edison, NJ 08818-1357

Complete and sign (signature guaranteed) a stock power, and mail it to:

You may also hand-deliver the stock certificate(s) to our office, either endorsing the certificate(s) or using a stock power (as above).

An alternative to physically transferring stock certificates is to instruct your broker to put the securities you wish to contribute into our name, Legal Services of New Jersey, Inc. If you use this method, please notify us when you have given your instructions to the broker, and ask the broker to notify us after your instructions have been followed.
