Circuit Courts

• U.S. Court of Appeals For the Federal Circuit - court opinions, decisions, rules, court calendar, dispositions, and other information.
• 1st Circuit - opinions of the First Circuit court since November 1995; site maintained by Emory Law School.
• 2nd Circuit - The 2nd Circuit makes available its opinions and summary orders under the Decisions link (left side of page), from the last 5 business days (Recent Decisions), posted during the current month, and posted during the previous month. You can also search all available decisions.
• 3rd Circuit - opinions issued by the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit since May, 1994; site maintained by Villanova Law School.
• 4th Circuit - opinions of the Fourth Circuit since January 1995; site maintained by Emory Law School.
• 5th Circuit - new opinions are released twice a day and published opinions back to 1991.
• 6th Circuit - provides the opinions of the Sixth Circuit since January 1995; site maintained by Emory Law School.
