Take the Garden State Parkway South to the Union County Toll.
After paying the toll, stay to the right, and take Exit 140A, Elizabeth, Somerville, State Highway 82 East Proceed off the ramp and stay to the right. Follow the sign, Elizabeth and State Highway 82 East. Go one short block and make a right onto Morris Av. (Route 82 East) Proceed east on Morris Av. The Bradlees shopping center is on the left. After approx 1/2 mile Kean College will be on your right.
After passing Kean College, and proceeding through the intersection of North Av. and Morris Av., proceed through one traffic light and at the second, the intersection of Morris Av. and Orchard Street, make a left turn onto Orchard St.
Orchard will fork, take the right fork and at the blinking light, make a right turn onto Prince Street.
Proceed 20-25 yds and make the first right into the parking lot of UCLSC, 60 Prince Street. The office is on the second floor.

Take the NJ Turnpike south to exit 13A. Elizabeth Port (south Elizabeth).
After paying the toll, follow directions to North Avenue, (WEST 439). Proceed to North Avenue, and cross Rt. 1. Stay on North Avenue, for 3 or 4 lights. Proceed under an overpass and at the first light after the bridge make a left onto Newark Avenue.
Stay on Newark Av. and at the light where Newark Av. "splits" stay to the left. Proceed through the light and you are now on South Broad Street.
Stay on Broad Street and at the traffic light with the red roofed diner, "EATS", First Bank Americano and Kennedy Fried Chicken, make a right turn onto Prince Street.
Immediately after the second traffic light on Prince Street make a left into the UCLSC parking lot.

Take the NJ Turnpike north to Exit 13A. Proceed as above (II. From the North: #2. through #5.)

Proceed on Route 1 north to Elizabeth. After the Elizabeth overpass move to the right lane.
Immediately before the first bridge over the highway, make a right turn off of Rt. 1 onto Praise the Lord Blvd., that's its name, no kidding. At the "Stop" sign, make a hard left, back over the bridge over Rt. 1.
You are now on Magnolia Avenue. Proceed through 2or 3 traffic lights and cross Broad Street. Magnolia becomes Prince Street on the other side of Broad St.
Follow the directions as in (II. From the North: #5.) above.
