LSNJ Winter Office Closing Procedure

With the impending winter months and possible bad weather approaching, the attached memorandum will confirm the office closing procedure. As a general matter, we rarely close the office because of weather conditions. In those instances, however, when a decision to close is made because of bad weather or other emergency conditions, the phone message will be changed. If there are any questions on whether or not the office will be closed (such as in the case of inclement weather) please use the following procedure.

This mailbox is to be used if you are scheduled to attend meetings, trainings or other functions hosted by LSNJ.

1. Call LSNJ (572-9100) by 7:30 a.m.
2. Press 1 when prompted to hear the message in English.
3. Press 346#.
4. This will access LSNJ's Events Update Mailbox - a voice recording will provide status information.
